We have been a part of developing so called "Bolt-On kits" for the IQ440
The kits comes complete with: Cylinders, Head, Forged Pistons, Valves, and Gaskets.
We have been testing these kits with differens setups such as: 40mm carbs, 38mm carbs, stock carbs, stock pipe, modified stock pipe (larger stinger) and also a modified IQ/Fusion 600 pipe
The concept has been to use as much as the OEM/Stock parts as possible to make it possible for the customer to be able to keep a low budget.

IQ 440/600cc
To assemble the cylinders on the crankcase no mods has to be done. (except an optional portmatching case/cylinder)
To be able to save some $$ we offer a pipemod to the stock pipe (larger stinger).
We will get back as soon as we have the latest dynotests on the 600cc motor taht is in FrankTheTanks old IQ.
A perfect kit for the 440 if you want to race in the Pro600 class.

700cc
The case has to be modified to accept the 83mm forged piston.
This kit is not fully tested on the 440 case yet, but one kit has been running one season without problems and are a strong runner.
We are building FrankTheTanks new Freeride sled as soon as the 600RR arrives and that one will have a 700cc kit.
Getting back with results as soon as the tests are done.

Arctic Cat
Firecat 700
A great motor with lots of potential
Small work makes this one a 150+hp motor.
Y-pipe, BMP single and an IFR does this motor to a strong an good motor.
No Boondocker box are needed for this mod, since the stock ECU give a lot of fuel.

F1000
Some dynotesting with this motor shows that is has great potential for lots of power.
Small mods such as a Y-pipe and open "airways" makes this a 170-175hp motor.
The ECU on the F1000 and the new software gives lots of potential for changes without a Boondockerbox.

Crossfire 1000
Since the motor is the same in the M1000, F1000 and also the CF1000 this one has great, and even greater potential, since the aftermaket has been concentrating on making aftermarket parts for this ones.
The software in the CF and F is not the same and the CF is a lot leaner at WOT than the F, as much as 10lbs/hr in fuelflow.
Take a look at the dynoresults page and see an 166hp dynopull with a stock and hot CF1000 motor.
Make this one a 1200cc and you will have a real winner !!
